Complicaciones vasculares no oftalmológicas posterior al uso de acido hialurónico: a propósito de dos casos y revisión de la literatura

Resumen


Presentamos dos pacientes que posterior al uso de Acido Hialurónico (AH) en procedimientos de rinomodelación, presentan complicación vascular no oftalmológica. Se analizará el comportamiento clínico de ambos pacientes y el manejo terapéutico tendiente a revertir tal complicación, como también las evidencias actuales respecto de las zonas anatómicas faciales de riesgo respecto al uso de “Filler” y como poder minimizar los eventos adversos. Es importante poner énfasis en el aumento progresivo del uso de técnicas no invasivas en armonización facial , donde destaca principalmente el AH y en igual proporción la incidencia complicaciones vasculares.
