Posible relación genética entre el dens in dente o dens invaginatus y el rasgo incisivos en forma de pala: estudio exploratorio

Resumen


La presencia de rasgos no-métricos presentes en el sistema dental humano está regulada por factores poli o monogenéticos. En el caso particular del rasgo incisivo en forma de pala se caracteriza por la presencia de rebordes marginales perfectamente desarrollados lo que da lugar a la formación de una cavidad de interna de los incisivos se encuentra el dens in dente o dens invaginatus, el cual consiste en la invaginación o plegamiento del epitelio formador del esmalte. El objetivo del presente estudio es determinar la posible relación genética entre el dens in dente o dens invaginatus y el rasgo incisivos en forma de pala.
