Organización aprendiente: Dimensiones predominantes en la Universidad Simón Bolívar
Resumen
Abstrac
The purpose of the present investigation was to determine the predominant dimensions of learning organization at Universidad Simón Bolívar (Caracas, Venezuela) according to the approach of Watkins y Marsick (1993, 1996), based on an adaptation to the Venezuelan university context of the “Cuestionario sobre las Dimensiones de la Organización Aprendiente (CDOA)” made by Mayorca, Ramírez, and Viloria (2007). The relationship between these dimensions and socio-demographic variables and organizational was studies. The design was not experimental research. The sample was comprised of 126 active workers of the university. The results show that the dimensions of learning equipment and continuous learning are more developed, and it is observed that the institution has all the conditions necessary for an organization learner and is at an initial developmental process.
