Tendencias y perspectivas del emprendimiento indígena
Resumen
Introducción: El emprendimiento indígena emerge como un campo crucial en la intersección del desarrollo económico, la preservación cultural y la autonomía de los pueblos originarios, integrando prácticas empresariales modernas con conocimientos ancestrales. Objetivo: Identificar las tendencias actuales y las perspectivas globales sobre el emprendimiento indígena, con el fin de revelar brechas de conocimiento y las áreas de investigación emergentes, mediante la realización de un estudio bibliométrico de la literatura existente. Metodología: Se realizó un análisis bibliométrico de 136 documentos publicados entre 1983 y 2023, indexados dentro de la plataforma de Web of Science. Resultados: Los hallazgos revelan un crecimiento exponencial en las publicaciones, especialmente en la última década, concentrados geográficamente en países como Nueva Zelanda, Australia y Canadá. Se identificaron clusters temáticos centrados en turismo sostenible, desarrollo económico comunitario y la intersección entre cultura y empresa. Conclusión: Este estudio proporciona una visión integral del estado actual del emprendimiento indígena como campo de investigación, destacando su naturaleza interdisciplinaria y el potencial para futuras investigaciones, particularmente en contextos latinoamericanos.
